Despite this, Shotoku Glass, the manufacturer, has made continuous corporate efforts and strived to maintain sales prices since 2019, thanks to your tremendous support.

Amidst these challenges, we recognize that our urgent management priorities are to improve treatment and develop a better working environment to recruit and retain the next generation of talent, especially with the declining birthrate.

As you know, Shotoku Glass's "Usuhari" products are manufactured by skilled artisans, making it a "people-first" business.

To achieve further quality improvement, build a robust production system, and successfully pass on the business and technology to the next generation, we must overcome many challenges.
