1. Inquiry (via email, phone, or online)
Please contact us if you have a design image, preferred glass, desired quantity, or deadline in mind. We can also make proposals based on your image, budget, and deadline. We will decide on specifications and sizes while confirming the glass material and processing methods.
At our showroom, you can view glass shapes, processing samples, and actual products we've made. Please contact us in advance to arrange a visit.
2. Meeting and Quote Preparation
After discussing the glass material, processing method, quantity, and delivery date, we will send you the printable area customized for the glass shape and processing method. Please create your data and position within this area in an AI file and send it back to us.
・We can resize your data to a fan shape to match the glass shape. We can also create your desired design for an additional design fee.
After that, we will prepare an estimated quote for prototypes and full production.
3. Prototype Creation and Confirmation
After you approve the quote, we will send an invoice, and upon payment, we will begin prototype creation.
The prototype is for confirming the finish of the glass and design.
We are professionals with 90 years of experience in glass.
To ensure we deliver quality glasses, we always create prototypes for your confirmation. Please understand that we do not accept production without prototypes.
Delivery time: Approximately 4 weeks or more
4. Order Placement and Full Production
Once you have confirmed and approved the prototype, we will send you a quotation for full production. Please review it and send us your purchase order. Production generally begins after payment, but consultations are also possible. We will deliver the ordered quantity to your specified location by the due date.
Printing, sandblasting, Edo Kiriko processing, etc., are all primarily carried out domestically within Tokyo.
Arrangement of wooden boxes or gift boxes, setup, and insertion of brand bookmarks or warnings can also be accommodated for an additional fee.

Silk Screen Printing
This processing method involves applying glass-based ink to the surface of the glass and baking it. It's similar to mimeograph printing, and allows for single or multiple colors. While the basic quantity is 120 pieces or more, we can accommodate smaller lots at a higher cost.
Sandblasting
This technique involves blasting glass with sand (abrasive material) at high pressure to etch the surface of only the designed areas, creating a frosted glass effect.
